For some instances, Y-10 G10+5 JB/T 9145-1999. It means that the material is tungsten carbide, the nominal diameter is 10mm, the tolerance class is 10, the deviation of the tungsten carbide ball batch diameter is +5μm and it is in accordance with the standard of JB/T 9145-1999.

 Another Y24 G40 b JB/T 9145-2010, which means that the material is tungsten carbide, the nominal diameter is 24mm, the tolerance class is 40, it does not supplied by the variation of the batch diameter and it is in accordance with the standard of JB/T 9145-2010. The first digit is Y, which is the first letter of tungsten carbide in Chinese pronunciation. The second digit refers to the nominal diameter of tungsten carbide ball (mm), usually ignored. The third digit is the tolerance class code of tungsten carbide ball, usually adds letter G in front of tungsten carbide ball tolerance class to consist of tolerance level code, such as G3, G5, G10, G16, G20, G100 and so on. The next digit is the deviation of the batch diameter or b mark (means it does not supplied by the variation of the batch diameter), the average deviation of the diameter uses plus or minus and number to present (μm), and it is also usually ignored. Spade drills are a known device which in many ways surpasses twist drills in range 24 mm onwards. Spade drills have been developed from U-shaped drills and are already applied in a wide range（such as radial drilling tool, vertical/horizontal drilling machine, etc.）with relatively low requirement on equipments.

In 1999 the US Army began manufacturing "green" bullets. Tungsten is  thought to be one of the most sought-after materials for the bullets, and which  used primarily for shooting practice during peace time - are as deadly to humans as their predecessors but less deadly to the Earth.

The lead bullets the Army uses in traditional have been bioaccumulating at shooting ranges, forcing several to close. But now these bullets will be replaced with environmentally friendly bullets which made by tungsten. Not only is tungsten more environmentally "benign" than lead, but ozone depleting chemicals and volatile organic compounds have been eliminated from the bullet manufacturing process - resulting in pollution prevention and money savings. Although tungsten is more expensive than lead, But the cleanup of the manufacturing process actually will result in savings of $0.01 to $0.05 per round, or $5 million to $20 million per year，as the  army reported.

Recently years millions green bullets be produced. Priority distribution of the bullets will be given to closed shooting ranges and to a new National Guard shooting range near Gnome, Alaska, that has not been contaminated by lead bullets.

4.Detection rule 
4.1 Inspection and acceptance 
4.1.1 Product is checked by supplier to ensure the product is up to the standard, the product quality certificate is required. 
4.1.2 After received the product, demander check the product according to the national standard. If the test result is not match to the stipulation, demander should inform the supplier within 15 days from the date of receive. If arbitration is involved, the sampling is provided by demander and arbitration is executed by both parties. 
4.2 Order grouping Product should be examined in group, the weight is negotiated by both parties. 
4.3 Inspection item Inspection items are listed as below: 

4.4 Testing result 
4.4.1 If one of the chemical component, water insoluble matter, PH value is unqualified, then check this item repeated, if the repeated trials is still unqualified, then the product is below the standard. 
4.4.2 If the appearance quality is below the standard, then the barrel is unqualified.

5.Sign, packing, transportation, storage and quality certificate. 
5.1 Sign 
There should be signs on the package include suppliers' name, product name, grade, batch number, net weight, also letters like 'keep away from moisture', 'upward', etc. 
5.2 Packing 
Product is packed by barrel with polyethylene plastic bag inside, if there is special requirement for packing and the weight for per package, it should be negotiated by both demander and supplier. 
5.3 Transportation and storage. During the transportation process, the product should be away from moisture, and avoid violent collision. Product should be installed under dry, ventilated, no acid-based atmosphere. From the date of receiving, the spray product should not be installed over six months, the crystallization product should not be installed over one month. 
5.4 Quality certificate 
Quality certificate should be included in every batch of product. It should includes: 
1) Supplier name, address, postcode; 
2) Product name, grade; 
3) Batch number; 
4) Weight (net weight and gross weight); 
5) Standard number GB/T 26033-2010; 
6) Test result and seal of quality inspection department; 
7) Inspector ID; 
8) Inspecting date.

6.Contract (or order) content. 
Contract (or order) content includes: 
1) Product name; 
2) Grade; 
3) Weight; 
4) Standard number GB/T 26033-2010.

1.Range Ammonium metatungstate national standard stipulates the requirement, test method, detection rule, sign, packing, transportation, storage, quality certificate and contract (or order) content. 
This standard is applied for ammonium metatungstate used in petroleum chemical industry and deep processing of tungsten industry.

2.Requirement 
2.1 Product classification 
According to different producing method, ammonium metatungstate can be sorted into two grade: AMT-P and AMT-J, AMT-P is produced by spray method, AMT-J is produced by crystallization method. 
2.2 Chemical component:

Under room temperature, water soluble matter tested by WO3 content 650g/L solution is less than 0.05%. 
2.4 PH value 
Under room temperature, PH value tested by WO3 content 650g/L solution is less than 4.5. 
2.5 Appearance quality 
The product is white powder of light yellow crystal, under visual contact there is no inclusion or agglomeration.

3.Test method 
3.1 Chemical component test is processed under provision GB/T 4324. 
3.2 Water insoluble matter test is processed under provision GB/T 23368.1. 
3.3 PH value is tested by PH meter. 
3.4 Appearance quality is tested by visual contact.

Broad Jump tungsten dart rule is a very unique style of game similar only to it's cousin, High Jump. It may be played by any number of players or teams and is a good game to play with an odd number of people.

The Object: The object of the game is to "jump" further than your opponents.

The Scoring: Players names are written in order down the left side of the scoreboard. Order is usually determined by throwing one dart each at bulls-eye. Closest to the bulls-eye throws first, farthest throws last.

The Play: Each player in turn throws three darts trying to advance the target numbers to make the longest "jump". The targets are across the center of the board in order: Double-11, Large-11, Triple-11, Small-11, Bulls-eye, Double-Bulls-eye, Bulls-eye, Small-6, Triple-6, Large-6, Double-6.

For a dart to count, the targets must be hit in order, one dart each. Play begins with the Double-11, once the Double-11 is hit the player may now throw at Large-11 and so on across the board.

After the each player throws all three tungsten darts, the "furthest" target that was hit becomes the length of the jump and is written next to the player's name and play continues with the next player. The next time that player throws again, the target number is the next number after the old target. This means that each round extends the length of the jump.

If the player misses the target with all three tungsten darts, that player's jump is over and the last target that was hit becomes the final length of the jump. That player does not throw again.

After all players have missed their target with three tungsten darts, whoever's jump was longest wins the game. If more than one player has the same length jump at the end of the game or both made it all the way across the board, those players alone should play again to break the tie.

Strategy: Take your time and concentrate when you get to the bulls-eye area. They are hard to hit, but if you get past them, it's all down hill from there.

It is forbidden cracks and visible pits and holes on the surface of tungsten carbide ball, and the measurement and test methods also has rules:

1. For the size and shape tolerance of tungsten carbide ball measuring, it is based on the rules of CB/T 308.

2. For the surface toughness of tungsten carbide ball measuring, it is based on the rules of GB/T 10610.

3. The test of appearance is supposed to be observed under the floodlight.

4. Physical and mechanical properties test: Rockwell hardness testing follows the rules of CB/T 3849; porosity, non-combined carbon and macro pore testing follows the rules of GB/T 3849; and the bending strength testing should follow the rules of GB/T 3851.

In addition, the rule of the sampling of mechanical properties: Rockwell hardness or Vickers hardness testing and microstructure of detection by each batch of products (vacuum sintering furnace for each furnace, arbitration samples per case) to pick two, while picks six (5.25×6.5×20) of each batch in the test of bending strength. If one term does not match the rule of mechanical properties, we should double check and double sampling. If it is still unqualified, we can consider this batch as unqualified products.
