Tungsten powder is powdered metal tungsten, which is the materials of preparing tungsten processing materials, tungsten alloy and tungsten products. To take advantage of existing production equipment, raw materials and parts of technical route, this paper introduces the method of sodium tungstate preparing tungsten nano-Particles. 
1. Use sol-gel method to prepare tungstic acid gel. Then filtering, 160℃drying, 600℃calcining to remove the water of crystallization and restore it  in reducing furnace by hydrogen reduction. Finally, tungsten powder can be obtained. 
2. Use CMC hydrolysis solution as the reaction medium, tungsten acid sodium as pioneer to react with hydrochloric acid to produce tungsten acid gel. After the completion of the reaction, start the aging treatment. And then filtering, 160℃drying, 600℃calcining to remove the water of crystallization and restore it in reducing furnace by hydrogen reduction. Finally, tungsten powder can be obtained. 
 
This method is added a little improvement which is based on the traditional tungsten powder manufacturing process. The reaction of sodium tungstate and hydrochloric acid producing tungsten acid sol-gel can produce nanometer tungsten particles. And manufacturing tungstic acid sol can be done in other hydrolysis medium viscosity. By this way, the obtained nanoparticles have a smaller size.
 

Recovering Low-grade Resource in Meiziwo Tungsten Ore

Secondary ore caving not only can separate the barren rock and gangue rock but also reduce the rate of dilution of Meiziwo and improve the ore extracting ratio in mining. After take gangue out should employ diagrid by ore pass or dressing plant. So it can decrease the dilution rate and can reduce freight volume and mineral processing volume.
According to statistics, Meiziwo low-grade tungsten ore recovering ore-extracting ratio in mining is 93%, 91% of dilition rate and multipurpose utilization is 92%. All index of Meziwo reach the same level or higher than same industry. Meziwo low grade tungsten ore recovering not only protect mineral resources but also improve the economic benefit.

1. Diverse coating composition:

3. The choice of removing molybdenum
Because of the similarity of chemical properties between tungsten and molybdenum, we can hardly separate them by chemical method. It once considered as a difficult problem to break through which plagued technical personnel and production manufacturers. Relevant technical personnel studied on tungsten and molybdenum separation after decades, and get a large number of theoretical research and practice, and achieved good results. The main precipitation methods are extraction, ion exchange and other methods. Extraction and ion exchange method can completely remove the molybdenum, but need to deal with ammonium molybdate solution, also making certain requirements on equipment and operation technology. In contrast, the biggest advantages of precipitation method are easy to operate, no special requirements on the equipment, high rate of removing molybdenum, removing As and other impurities at the same time, so tungsten recovery is very high.
 
4. Choice of the process for the crystallization of ammonium paratungstate solution
Crystallization ammonium paratungstate from ammonium tungstate solution is one of the most important processes in the tungsten metallurgy process, and also the necessary procedure in the production of pure tungsten compounds. At present, the common methods are evaporation, neutralization and freezing crystallization. Freezing crystallization will carry out higher APT purity and yield, but need a special refrigeration equipment. In the process of neutralization crystallization, we need to add hydrochloric acid which is a new impurity, reducing the purity of APT. Evaporation crystallization method consumes a certain amount of energy, but not too much, and high production efficiency. For a small demand of APT, the most common jacket heating and stirring enamel reactor will be enough, a large amount of money can be used to buy continuous evaporator APT.

The process of crystallization on both evaporation and neutralization  will bring out mother liquor, consistent of WO3 about 30~80g/L. Transformation, extraction and ion exchange method are taken for mother liquor recovery in the industrial. 1. Choice of the decomposition process of tungsten mineral raw material
Decomposition of tungsten ore is the most important working procedure of tungsten smelting process,the decomposition technology desides the choice of raw materials and the whole process development.Tungsten mineral mainly consists of wolframite and scheelite and mixed ore.From the view of thermodynamics,tungsten minerals can decompose with inorganic acid and alkali,in addition,the chemical reaction of carbonate, fluoride and phosphate solution of alkali metal.Consider all the practical factors,soda pressure leaching,caustic soda leaching,decomposition and sintering of soda water immersion method would be better.At the same time, the theory proves that the high temperature chloride method and the fluoride method can also be used to decompose the tungsten ore, but it is not used in the actual production.Although WO3 leaching rate is very high, and the process is very short,alkali leaching process is limited by the capacity of equipment, and can not applied widely.
 
If we set workshop annual capacity APT about 1000t,considering various factors from the composition of raw material and product regulations, business model and investment perspective,a clear contrast is to choose caustic soda leaching method.Caustic soda leaching method is mainly used for low calcium wolframite concentrate.Because of its low reaction equilibrium constant, low reagent consumption, low temperature requirement and short reaction time, high rate decomposition.caustic soda can also decomposite scheelite when the high temperature,high basicity and a certain amount of additives exist,and tht decomposition rate reached 99%.The amount of caustic soda was significantly less than the amount of soda.
 
2. The choice of purification process.Purification removal process determines whether the APT product quality standards or not.With the continuous development of tungsten industry, purification industry also continues to make progress, especially in the separation of tungsten and molybdenum. At present, the main methods of purifying crude sodium ion in industry are: classical chemical purification, solution extraction, ion exchange and so on. Different methods have their own properties, but linked to each other and mutual penetration, for example, the solution extraction using precipitation purification method to get rid of impurities.
