From January to may in 2022, China's tungsten products imports totaled 3300.50 tons, an increase of 8.72% year-on-year; The cumulative import amount was 548.936 million CNY, an increase of 51.64% year-on-year.

Among them, from January to may, China imported 2060.17 tons of Tungsten ores and concentrates, a year-on-year decrease of 5.53%; Tungsten trioxide was 21.63 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 65.86%; Calcium tungstate 38.20 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 20.28%; Tungsten powder was 39.97 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 22.67%; Tungsten wire 3084 kg, a year-on-year decrease of 36.12%. The import volume of ammonium paratungstate and ferrotungsten was 1kg respectively. From January to may last year, the import volume of ammonium paratungstate and ferrotungsten was 218.69 tons and 9.43 tons respectively. The import of sodium tungstate was 468.17 tons, a year-on-year increase of 23.45%; Other tungstate was 988kg, with a year-on-year increase of 117.14%; Tungsten carbide powder was 544.95 tons, a year-on-year increase of 2.26%. The import volume of tungsten hexafluoride is 274.42 tons.

From January to may 2022, China's tungsten products exports totaled 12157.90 tons, an increase of 26.70% year-on-year from January to may 2021; The accumulated export amount was 2946.4292 million CNY, a year-on-year increase of 56.18%.

From January to may, China exported 19.00 tons of tungsten ore and concentrate; Tungsten hexafluoride 92.68 tons. The import of tungsten trioxide was 2934.59 tons, a year-on-year increase of 36.32%; Ammonium paratungstate was 1140.47 tons, a year-on-year increase of 13.06%; Sodium tungstate was 18.90 tons, a year-on-year increase of 64.35%; Ammonium metatungstate was 716.83 tons, a year-on-year increase of 31.89%; Tungsten carbide 2373.29 tons, a year-on-year increase of 12.90%; 1485.95 tons of ferrotungsten, up 81.39% year on year; 790.22 tons of tungsten powder, a year-on-year increase of 5.91%; Tungsten waste and scrap were 221.61 tons, a year-on-year increase of 107.06%. The import of tungstic acid was 34.56 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 14.88%; Tungsten wire was 126.59 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 7.29%.

In May, 2022, China's import of tungsten products was 457.75 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 48.36% in April, 2021, and a month on month increase of 35.49% in April, 2022; The import amount was 77.591 million CNY, a year-on-year decrease of 20.72% and a month on month decrease of 1.14%.

Among them, in May, China imported 311.43 tons of tungsten ore and concentrate, a year-on-year decrease of 53.09% and a month on month increase of 64.74%; Tungsten trioxide was 3.48 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 66.84% and a month on month increase of 47.10%; Tungsten hexafluoride was 56.50 tons, a month on month decrease of 16.85%; Sodium tungstate was 80.14 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 44.36% and a month on month increase of 49.08%; 816kg tungsten carbide, a year-on-year decrease of 75.23% and a month on month decrease of 95.26%; 1719kg tungsten powder, with a year-on-year increase of 0.47% and a month on month decrease of 46.01%; Tungsten wire was 631kg, a year-on-year decrease of 10.62% and a month on month increase of 62.21%.

In May 2022, China's tungsten products export volume was 2405.25 tons, an increase of 26.96% over April 2021 and a decrease of 26.02% over April 2022; The export amount was 621075200 CNY, a year-on-year increase of 56.12% and a month on month decrease of 26.02%.

Among them, in April, China exported 17.00 tons of tungstic acid, which was flat year on year, with a month on month increase of 4622.22%; Tungsten trioxide was 615.20 tons, with a year-on-year increase of 85.55% and a month on month decrease of 24.66%; Tungsten hexafluoride was 12.13 tons, a month on month decrease of 58.46%; Ammonium paratungstate was 155.40 tons, with a year-on-year increase of 20.09% and a month on month decrease of 35.52%; Sodium tungstate was 12.40 tons, with a year-on-year increase of 148.00% and a month on month increase of 520.00%; Ammonium metatungstate was 170.64 tons, with a year-on-year increase of 170.37% and a month on month decrease of 14.65%; Tungsten carbide was 490.77 tons, with a year-on-year increase of 3.91% and a month on month decrease of 29.37%; Ferrotungsten was 212.05 tons, a year-on-year increase of 68.96% and a month on month decrease of 33.94%; Tungsten powder was 236.28 tons, up 41.86% and 56.54% month on month; Tungsten wire was 29.33 tons, with a year-on-year increase of 8.07% and a month on month increase of 55.17%; Tungsten waste and scrap were 44.00 tons, with a year-on-year increase of 122.77% and a month on month decrease of 46.67%.
