Import & Export Data of China's Molybdenum Products before May 2022

According to the customs data collated through China Tungsten online survey, the import volume of molybdenum products in China from January to May 2022 totaled 12806.91 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 62.59%; The accumulated import amount was 1503621200 CNY, a year-on-year decrease of 38.62%.

From January to May, China imported 980.00 tons of roasted molybdenum ore and its concentrate, a year-on-year decrease of 86.03%; Other molybdenum ores and concentrates were 9588.12 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 57.71%; Molybdenum oxide and hydroxide were 279.29 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 65.23%; Ammonium molybdate was 823.02 tons, a year-on-year increase of 156.11%; Other molybdate was 382.30 tons, with a year-on-year increase of 15.93%; Ferromolybdenum was 573.05 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 80.22%; 2479kg molybdenum powder, with a year-on-year increase of 99.12%; Unwrought molybdenum, including 7kg bars and rods simply sintered, decreased by 94.57% year on year; Molybdenum bars, rods, profiles and profiles, plates, sheets, strips and foils were 151.27 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 5.35%; 9578kg molybdenum wire, with a year-on-year increase of 25.02%; Other molybdenum products were 17796 kg, a year-on-year decrease of 62.59%.

From January to May of 2022, China's molybdenum products exports totaled 16654.26 tons, a year-on-year increase of 15.02%; The accumulated export amount was 2807494300 CNY, a year-on-year increase of 72.95%.

Among them, from January to May, China exported 5120.14 tons of roasted molybdenum ore and concentrate, a year-on-year decrease of 6.45%; Other molybdenum ores and concentrates were 1379.70 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 14.71%; Molybdenum oxides and hydroxides were 1195.62 tons, a year-on-year increase of 77.02%; Ammonium molybdate was 394.16 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 9.3%; Ferromolybdenum was 6698.06 tons, a year-on-year increase of 51.59%; Molybdenum bars, rods, profiles and profiles, plates, sheets, strips and foils were 207.70 tons, with a year-on-year increase of 21.20%; 691.93 tons of molybdenum waste and scrap, a year-on-year increase of 12.43%; Other molybdenum products were 63.28 tons, with a year-on-year increase of 17.33%.

In May 2022, the import volume of molybdenum products in China was 4052.74 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 37.65% and a month on month increase of 37.60%; The import amount was 501.4391 million CNY, a year-on-year decrease of 2.55% and a month on month increase of 52.45%.

Among them, China imported 20.00 tons of roasted molybdenum ore and concentrate in May, a year-on-year decrease of 97.94%; Molybdenum oxide and hydroxide were 2810.38 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 31.77%; Ammonium molybdate was 245.95 tons, a year-on-year increase of 1070.25%; Ferromolybdenum 480.00 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 53.85%; 2816kg molybdenum wire, with a year-on-year increase of 82.62%; Other molybdenum products were 7798 kg, a year-on-year increase of 10.19%.

In May 2022, China's molybdenum products export volume was 3140.50 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 21.95% and a month on month increase of 5.74%; The import amount was 559697300 CNY, an increase of 18.45% year-on-year and 5.45% month on month.

Among them, China exported 884.27 tons of roasted molybdenum ore and concentrate in May, a year-on-year decrease of 38.43%; Ammonium molybdate was 158.826 tons, a year-on-year increase of 51.16%; Ferromolybdenum was 947.19 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 45.50%; Molybdenum powder was 50.28 tons, a year-on-year increase of 73.17%; Molybdenum wire was 30.51 tons, with a year-on-year increase of 35.13%; Other molybdenum products were 16843kg, with a year-on-year increase of 65.58%.
