IV. The main properties and structure of blades should accord with the regulations in YB849-75 Tungsten Carbide Grades or other relevant standards.

VI. Materials newly developed or introduced should be of higher properties than what stipulated in YB849-75 standards or accord with companies recommended values.

V. During the copper brazing of tungsten carbide blades, if the copper brazing temperature is too high or too low, the blade may fall off or generate cracks.
VI. After the tungsten carbide cutting tool grinding, operators should check carefully whether there are cracks or not on the surface.
VII. After the electromachining of tungsten carbide cutting tools, operators should check whether there are cracks or not on the cutter surface, or it may have a bad influence on the cutter intensity. If necessary, the cracks can be eliminated through accurate grinding.

Tungsten Carbide Boring Tool Usage

III. Clearance angle
The reamer is a type of finish machining tool, and in order to avoid great changes in radial dimension after regrinding, an angle between 5°~10° can be adopted.
IV. Tool cutting edge inclination 
The tool cutting edge inclination of reamer is normally 0°. It can contribute to a stable cutting process and improve hole quality.

Tungsten carbide spiral flute tap, as a type of thread machning tool, is named according to its spiral-shaped flute. It can be classified into two categories according to different directions of turning: left-handed spiral flute tap and right-handed spiral flute tap.
