Sintered carbide ball is a kind of sintered metal product made through pressing and sintering; its production process is similar to other tungsten carbide products. 
 
Its main production process is as follows: milling → giving formula according to difference → wet-grinding → mixing → smashing → drying → sieving → adding forming binder →drying again → gaining compound after sieving → granulation →isostatic pressing → forming → sintering → molding (blank). 
 
After getting blank balls, surface finishing should be conducted according to specific needs, mainly adopting methods of grinding and polishing, after which the surface will attain high precision and achieve mirror brightness.

Tungsten carbide dry cutting hob is a kind of high-speed and environmental friendly numerical control gear hobbing technology. It can conduct efficient and high-speed primary or secondary cutting machining towards gear blank of quenched steel and carburizing steel materials

Tungsten carbide ball is commonly known as solid carbide ball, the major component of which is the tungsten carbide (WC, TiC) micron-size powders of refractory metal with high hardness. It is a kind of sintered metal product produced by adopting cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni) and molybdenum (Mo) as binders, being sintered in a vacuum furnace or a hydrogen reduction furnace, using automatic extruder to obtain blank ball, and then polishing and grinding its surface. 
 
Tungsten carbide ball has high hardness, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and flex resistance and can replace all kinds of steel balls products. 
 
Common grades of tungsten carbide balls mainly include: YG6, YG6X, YG8, YG13, YG20, YN6, YN9, YN12, YT5, YT15, and so on.
