Tungsten Scheelite Flotation Equipment – BF Mechanical Agitated Flotation Machine

Mechanical agitated flotation machine uses impeller and stator system as mechanical stirring to realize inflation and stirring, it is a widely used tungsten scheelite flotation equipment.

BF mechanical agitated flotation machine has two types, type I and type II. Type I is the upgrade of SF, type II is the upgrade of JJF. So BF is the combination of SF and JJF to simplify process and operation.

BF mechanical agitated flotation machine has advantages of big suction amount, low energy consuming. Every chute has triple function of suction, absorbing slurry and flotation. It doesn’t need any other auxiliary equipment. Mineral slurry rotation is reasonable and can reduce coarse grit precipitation furthest. It has manual-, auto- and electric control device which is easy to adjust. Impeller consists of closed double-shaped cone, can produce a strong slurry under the cycle.

BF mechanical agitated flotation machine can not only be used to float tungsten, but also lead, zinc, tin, molybdenum, nickel, tantalum, niobium and other non-ferrous metals. So it is popular in many large-scale mine. A molybdenum tungsten polymetallic ore in Henan province is the use of counter-flow without filling flotation column combining BF series flotation equipment, "pillar combined flotation" to select the fine white tungsten particles, and achieved very good results.
