Tungsten Scheelite Flotation Equipment – Flotation Machine

Flotation machine is a mini workshop for tungsten scheelite flotation, it is the basic flotation equipment, processes include adding material, stirring, heating, shaving foam, separating mineral vein are completed in this machine. So flotation machine is important in producing process of tungsten scheelite.

Flotation machine has many types, such as mechanical agitated flotation machine, inflatable flotation machine, inflatable agitated flotation machine, gas flotation flotation machine. Of tungsten scheelite flotation equipment in China, mechanical agitated flotation machine is used due to its advantages of simple, easy to operation and stable property.

Inflation and stirring of mechanical agitated flotation machine is completed by machine and stirring machine, it is self absorbing flotation machine, the inflating stirring machine has suction property similar to pump, both air and mineral slurry.

At present, SF mechanical agitated flotation machine, JJf mechanical agitated flotation machine and BF mechanical agitated flotation machine are more widely used. SF and JJF type have different structures but can make supplement with each other. So usually they are used together. BF type is the upgrade of SF and JJF combination, they are all widely applied in tungsten scheelite mine.

Flotation machine has demerits as well. It takes large floor place, energy consuming, complicated allocation, low automation degree. Especially in flotation of low grade fine particle oxidized mineral, it has low efficiency, foam is sticky and hard to be dealt with. Flotation column gradually replaces flotation machine these years. Even so, flotation machine is also irreplaceable. Most process is designed according to it. So mine enterprises combine flotation machine and flotation column together to achieve best resource efficiency.
