China’s Zhangyuan Tungsten Declined Long-term Contract Prices for the Second half of July 2023

Analysis of latest tungsten market from Chinatungsten Online

China tungsten price was in the downward trend in the week ended on Friday, July 21, 2023 affected by the sluggish demand, the decline in new guide prices from listed tungsten enterprises and weak market. 

China’s Zhangyuan Tungsten released its long-term contract prices for the second half of July 2023: black tungsten concentrate (WO3≥55%) price was 17,058.8/ton, down $147.1/ton; scheelite concentrate (WO3≥55%) price was 16,838.8/ton, down $147.1/ton; APT price was $293.3/mtu, down $3.3/mtu compared with the first half of this month. 

Jiangxi Tungsten quoted high-grade black tungsten concentrate at $17,426.5/ton, down $147.1/ton compared with the first half of July 2023.
