At the beginning of the week, China tungsten price stabilizes overall when there are certain pressures in all links of the industrial chain, mainly due to the relative weakening of demand in the downstream terminal market.

At present, offers in the tungsten raw material market continue to be pushed up, but there is a strong wait-and-see atmosphere in the downstream, and the overall purchase orders are limited.

In the tungsten concentrate market, prices of high-grade resources stand at about $18,769.2/ton. However, due to weak demand and relatively low purchasing enthusiasm of traders, the actual transaction prices are difficult to reach the level.

In the ammonium paratungstate (APT) market, product prices hover around $318.1/mtu with the support of the cost side, but the state of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain continues to be deadlocked. The smelters are facing greater pressure on purchases and sales, cautiously avoiding the risk of price inversion, and the market transaction activity is not high.

In the tungsten powder market, due to the slight negative atmosphere in the market, some quotations have retreated from the high level, and the price of tungsten powder has stalemate at around $42.8/kg. Downstream cemented carbide and other tungsten product enterprises are more cautious in purchasing raw materials, so the transaction volume has not progressed much.
