China molybdenum prices remained stable in the week to Friday March 29. In the molybdenum concentrate market, the tight supply stabilized offer levels of miners, but weak demand and declined added-value tax in April affected market trading slightly.

For ferro molybdenum market, the steel tenders were the focus of market participants. The tax adjustment has not much influence to the prices, plus with the support of high costs, trading activity was active. Pressed by few new increased orders, molybdenum chemical and product enterprises took a watchful stance, waiting for the next move in the trading volumes.
