The Method for Nano Tungsten Trioxide Powder

The invention provides a method for  nano tungsten trioxide powder. That takes the industrial production of ammonium tungstate (NH4) 2WO4 solution as raw material and  adds the mass of ammonium salt and organic acids ,in which  the quality of ammonium salt is equivalent of 5% to 90%  of the ammonium tungstate and   the quality of organic acids  is equivalent  of10% to 85%  of the ammonium tungstate. And then  the solution was heated and stirred constantly.When the temperature was raised to 40 ° C to 90 ° C, we inject slowly strong acid and give a appropriate stirring .After these process , we will give a yellow tungstic acid gel. We shuold place tungstic acid gel  into  a stirring drier and fry them about 1 to 4 hours in  the temperature of  100℃-500 ℃ .Finally ,we  can get calcined products nanoscale of WO3.

The advantages of the present invention are: the reaction process is simple and easy to control, low cost.And also it is available to  raw materials and suitable for industrial production. The  products during intermediate reaction  are gases. These gases are volatile or labile substances.At the same time they can be used for recycling and  can avoid  environmental pollution.
