According to the material, darts can be divided into the following types:

1.Wooden dart: dart body is usually made of cork, and the dart tail is made of feather, which is the most primitive dart.

4. Tungsten alloy dart: its tungsten alloy dart shaft is made of tungsten nickel alloy with alloy ratio ranging from 70%--97%.

At present, most of the professional athletes use tungsten alloy darts. Tungsten alloy has heavy weight, high density, good air power effect. If it is used to manufacture darts, darts will be durable and fly stable. Provided darts weights are same, tungsten alloy darts will be much smaller in size than darts that made of other materials, and will raise the possibility of throwing darts into the same partition. Tungsten alloy dart is based on tungsten (tungsten content is generally 80%~98%), with adding a small amount of metal elements of alloy materials, has high density, high strength, high hardness and other comprehensive excellent performances, which is very popular.
