Tungsten Scheelite Flotation Equipment – JJF Mechanical Agitated Flotation Machine

Mechanical agitated flotation machine is the use of impeller + stator system as a mechanical stirrer to achieve the filling and stirring flotation machine, is the most commonly used tungsten scheelite flotation equipment.

JJF mechanical agitated flotation machine is one of the most commonly used scheelite flotation equipment, it is not pulp, self-breathing mechanical agitated flotation machine, its effective volume is 4m3 to 20m3, composed by the tank, impeller, stator, dispersion cover, false low, diversion tube, vertical tube, adjusting ring. In the tungsten scheelite flotation operation, it is usually used with the SF type flotation machine.

JJF mechanical agitated flotation machine is characterized by large amount of slurry circulation, large suction capacity, good dispersion effect; moderate mixing degree, solid particles suspended, it doesn’t sink, can handle a wide range of particle size, has high recovery rate, The operation can be combined with SF flotation machine to form a combined flotation unit, with SF type flotation machine for suction tank, JJF type flotation machine for the direct current tank.

The JJF flotation machine is operated by the vortex and the diversion tube which generates a negative pressure which draws air from the intake pipe and is mixed with the slurry sucked into the impeller and the stator zone. The slurry gas flow is moved by the impeller in tangential direction and then converted into radial motion by the action of the stator and evenly distributed in the flotation tank. Mineralized bubbles rise to the foam layer, unilateral or bilateral scraping is the foam product.
