Using titanium dioxide, montmorillonite and alpha alumina as the carrier, ammonium metatungstate, ammonium metavanadate, cerium nitrate and palladium acetate as active components, accompanied by auxiliary materials, porous honeycomb ceramic catalyst with high specific surface area can be obtained after mixing, aging, kneading, molding, drying and calcining.
