Preparation of Tungsten Disulfide Ultrafine Powder by Liquid Phase Precipitation

Some researchers used sodium sulfide and sodium tungstate solution as raw materials to prepare WS2 ultrafine powder by liquid phase precipitation method, and determined the best process conditions through experiments: using 1.5 mol/L Na2S solution to vulcanize 216.56 g/L WO₄^2- at 85°C for 3-4h, and then adding 8 mol/L hydrochloric acid to react to obtain tungsten disulfide with particle size distribution range of 0.1-1.5μm. The product was characterized by a particle size tester, and the results showed that the dispersion of the powder was good, the particle distribution was uniform, and the particle size D (50) was 0.58 μm.
