Nano Violet Tungsten Oxide Application in Near Infrared Photothermal Medicine Application

Nano violet tungsten oxide has optical properties and strong absorption ability in near infrared region. Therefore, it can be used as a photothermal conversion material and used in cancer treatment. Nano violet tungsten oxide has a very high application value in the preparation of near infrared photothermal medicine.
How to prepare nano violet tungsten oxide? Here's how:
1.Weigh 0.35g WCl6 and put it into the inner lining of 100ml high-pressure reactor for mixing.
2.Add 24ml of anhydrous ethanol, add 56ml of PEG400 under the stirring condition, and continue stirring for half an hour.
3.Transfer the mixture to a high-pressure reactor and react for 24 hours at 180 ℃.
4.After the reaction, the nanowires of WO2.72 (W18O49) were prepared by centrifugation.
The nano violet tungsten oxide can be well dispersed in water and has strong near-infrared light absorption property. The nano material was injected into the tumor of tumor mice, and then the tumor of mice was irradiated by laser. After 10 minutes of laser irradiation, the mice were killed by injection of anesthetics, and then the tumor was dissected and sealed in paraffin. The tumor sections of mice were stained with hematoxylin eosin staining solution (HE staining is the most basic staining method in the routine pathological section), and then the tumor cells were completely ablated by inverted fluorescence microscopy.
It can be seen that nano violet tungsten oxide has great application value in the treatment of cancer, and can be used in the preparation of near-infrared thermotherapy drugs.
