Non-noble metal sulfides are layered materials with graphene-like structure, which have good applications in catalysis, microelectronics, semiconductor and other fields. Tungsten sulfide and molybdenum sulfide catalysts have been used as hydrogenation catalysts in petroleum processing. They are widely used in hydrodesulfurization, hydrodenitrification, hydrodearomatization, hydrodeoxygenation and hydrodemetallization.
At present, the preparation methods of tungsten sulfide and molybdenum sulfide mainly include high temperature vulcanization, precursor decomposition, solvothermal method, electrochemical deposition method and model method. As petroleum catalyst, the main active position of tungsten disulfide is rims and edges around the lamellae, and the base surface has no catalytic activity. Therefore, two-dimensional lamellar nanostructures are prepared to obtain more edge bonds. Improving the catalytic activity of catalysts has become an important technical problem.
Some scholars have proposed a preparation method of monodisperse tungsten disulfide nanosheets. The operation process is as follows:
The mixture of 5g tungsten oxide and 10g sulphur was added into the stainless steel ball mill tank, argon was added as protective gas, stainless steel ball was used as ball mill medium, the ball-to-material ratio was 60:1, and 400 rpm was used for 24 hours. One g of the activated products from ball milling was taken out and put into the ceramic boat, another was taken out and filled with 2G sulphur; the tube furnace was pre-filled with argon to exhaust the air and heated to 600 ℃, then the two boats were placed in the heating zone, in which the sulphur-loaded ceramic boat was placed in the upper stream of the gas as a supplementary sulphur source; after 0.5h of constant temperature in argon atmosphere, the ceramic boat was cooled to 250 ℃ in hydrogen atmosphere, and the black boat was collected. Monodispersed tungsten disulfide nanosheets with a thickness of about 4 nm can be obtained by color powder.
The preparation method of monodisperse tungsten disulfide nanosheets based on the above technical scheme shows that the prepared products are monodisperse tungsten disulfide nanosheets with a thickness of about 4nm. The process is simple and easy, and the cost is low. The prepared products have small fineness, high activity, and can be produced in large quantities. They are widely used in lubrication and catalysis.
