Ceramic heating substrate is a new generation of new heating element developed in recent years. Because it has the characteristics of environmental protection, high reliability and long life, it is replacing the commonly used PTC heating element containing lead. It has wide market prospect at home and abroad. Therefore, the research on the production technology of high temperature alumina ceramic heating substrate has been paid more and more attention.
Casting, as an important forming process of thin ceramic material, is widely used in the preparation of ceramic substrate and multilayer structure material. It can be divided into two types: non water system and water system. The tape casting technology of non water system has been relatively mature. The prepared ceramic blank has uniform structure, high strength, good flexibility, and is convenient for cutting and processing. It has been widely applied in industrial production. However, a large number of organic solvents are used in the non water casting process, which seriously pollutes the environment, resulting in the increase of production cost. Therefore, it has become an irreversible trend to study the low cost, non-toxic and green water series casting technology.
Some Chinese scholars have invented a problem in solving the water tape casting process, such as the poor wettability of the solvent (water) to the powder, the difficulty of removing bubbles from the slurry, the slow evaporation and long drying time, and the poor bonding between ceramic and metal layer after sintering, can significantly improve the sintering pass rate and production efficiency of a tungsten-containing ceramic heating substrate preparation method. The specific steps are as follows: 1) Preparation of ceramic premix and tungsten slurry; 2) Ball milling; 3) Tape casting; 4) Silk screen printing; 5) Sintering; 6) Nickel plating.
The tungsten alumina ceramics heating substrate produced by the preparation method has a density of 3.8g / cm3 or more measured by Archimedes method; the tensile strength of the substrate is tested by an electronic universal testing machine with a tensile strength of 150MPa or more; Air tightness is less than 1 * 10-10Pa - m3/s; insulation resistance testing device to measure the insulation resistance of more than 5 * 109 omega; room temperature resistance of 70 ~ 200 ohm; fully meet the electronics industry of ceramic metal product requirements.
It can be seen that tungsten containing ceramic heating substrate has good performance, good quality, high yield and low production cost. This method improves the overall performance and sintering qualification rate of ceramic heating substrate through reasonable sizing and proper process route. The preparation method is simple and easy to operate, and is suitable for large-scale production. The product can fully meet the requirements of the electronic industry for ceramic metallized products. The ceramic heating substrate of the invention can be widely used in the fields of household appliances, medical sterilizers, electric heating equipment and so on.
