Rare earth market quotation in China: domestic rare earth price remains stable in the first trading day of April. Prices of dysprosium and terbium products are in the upward trend owing to the tightening availability of raw materials; while prices of praseodymium and neodymium products tend to stabilize under pressure of reduced profits of traders. This week, the market will be caught in wait-and-see atmosphere, waiting for the new guide prices.

Molybdenum prices in China continue to maintain stability in the first trading day of April as steel biddings of ferro molybdenum were basically within the expected range and, though the supply and demand was still in a stalemate. For the molybdenum concentrate market, tight supply and high production cost supported market prices and traders’ confidence. Ferro molybdenum prices hovered around the levels of steel tenders. While ammonium molybdate price kept steady due to the weakness in the demand side.

Zimbabwe Government Secures $6m Investment for RHA Tungsten Project

The mining company Aim-listed Premier African Minerals announced that it has received notice from the Zimbabwe Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Enterprise Development that is has secured a proposed investment of $6-million for the RHA Tungsten project being developed by Premier.
