State approval Ganzhou Rare Earth Mining integration project energy assessment report

Recently, the State Development and Reform Commission approved the integration of the province Ganzhou Rare Earth Mining Project ( a ) energy assessment report . The project is designed to scale to the exploitation of rare earth ion adsorption (REO) 6950 tons, the project a total of 35 production plants, which transform the original production workshop 24 , the new production plant 11 . After the completion of the project is running , the comprehensive energy consumption of about 3,500 tons of standard coal ; project unit energy consumption is not higher than 0.50 tons of standard coal / ton.

Meanwhile , the National Development and Reform Commission requested the project construction unit to implement energy saving measures in the assessment report , based on the optimization of energy processes, selection of energy-efficient equipment , strengthen energy management in three areas to further improve and strengthen energy conservation.
