Lanthanum Oxide Price - December 28, 2020

Rare earth market quotation in China: terbium oxide price rises slightly while lanthanum oxide and dysprosium oxide prices remain stable on December 28, 2020 under limited consumption of downstream buyers. 

The prices of light rare earth prices tend to be stable. However, the prices of heavy rare earth products rose slightly due to the tight spot resources and the upward trend may continue in the short term. In general, driven by the current sound development of emerging markets, the demand for magnetic materials companies is still large, and holders are generally more reluctant to sell at low prices, so the order volume is not high.

In November, Shanghai exported 25.77 tons of rare earths and their products, an increase of 41.65% compared to November last year, with a value of 78,861,900 yuan, an increase of 21.27% from November last year, according to Shanghai Customs. The export of rare earths was 6.01 tons, an increase of 64.97% from November last year. The amount was 1,758,600 yuan, a decrease of 75.39% from November last year.
