China Rare Earth Price - December 18, 2020

China rare earth price declined on the whole in the week ended on Friday December 18, 2020. Although the policy is good for the market, product prices are affected by relationship between supply and demand and under poor trading activity, most product priced dropped. 

In November 2020, the production and sales of new vehicles were 2.847 million and 2.77 million, up 9.7% and 12.6% year-on-year; cumulative production and sales from January to November were 22.372 million and 22.47 million, down 3% and 2.9% year-on-year. Among them, the sales of new energy vehicles in November were 200,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 104.9%; the cumulative sales from January to November was 1.109 million units, a year-on-year increase of 3.9%, which was the first time to turn from negative to positive.
