Tungsten Concentrate Price in China Is Expected to Stabilize in Early December

Analysis of latest tungsten market from Chinatungsten Online

Tungsten concentrate and ammonium paratungstate (APT) prices in China are expected to keep stable in early December because market participants believe there is little room for price falls with the support of production cost. 

Miners in the tungsten concentrate market are reluctant to sell at current prices because they are already below their costs of production and participants therefore expect the concentrates price to remain within the current range in a slow market. China’s APT market is facing a similar situation.

In terms of News: In November 2020, China's manufacturing PMI was 52.1%, an increase of 0.7 percentage points from October, and the non-manufacturing business activity index was 56.4%, an increase of 0.2 percentage points from the previous month. The composite PMI output index was 55.7%, an increase of 0.4% from last month.
