From Tungsten Resources to Products, JTCC Listed to Fifth Batch of Green Factories

From tungsten resources to tungsten deep processing, Jiangxi Jiangwu Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd (JTCC for short) was listed to the fifth batch of green factories. A few days ago, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the fifth batch of green manufacturing lists, including 719 green factories, 1073 green design products, 53 green industrial parks, and 99 green supply chain management companies. Among them, JTCC was selected as the green factory.

JTCC is a key enterprise in the strategic development of Jiangxi tungsten Industry, a large state-owned enterprise affiliated to Jiangxi Province, from tungsten resources to deep processing of products. The planned construction scale is to produce 3,000 tons of high-performance cemented carbide products per year. Strive to reach an alloy production capacity of 2,100 tons by 2020.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's notice requires that local industry and informatization authorities should strengthen the link between the green manufacturing list and related industrial policies, give full play to the point-to-face demonstration role, and lead the green transformation of manufacturing in the region.

Units included in the list of green manufacturing by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology shall display and publicize advanced technologies and typical practices of green manufacturing through public channels before the end of April each year, and encourage the annual release of corporate green and low-carbon development reports.

Enterprises included in the list of green factories of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology should self-declare their green manufacturing level indicators on the "Green Manufacturing Public Service Platform" before January 15, 2021, and report to the previous year and July before January 15 each year. A self-declaration will be made on the semi-annual green manufacturing level indicators to show the advanced experience and typical practices of green manufacturing.

The Ministry will further strengthen the supervision and management of the green manufacturing list, review the green manufacturing list units in due course, improve the dynamic management mechanism of the list, and remove the units that no longer meet the green manufacturing evaluation requirements. Conduct spot checks on the evaluation work of third-party agencies. Evaluation agencies that have verified serious bad behavior will no longer accept the evaluation reports issued by them within a certain period.

By 2020, the concept of green development has become a universal requirement for the entire process of the entire industry, the industrial green development promotion mechanism has been formed, and the green manufacturing industry has become a new engine of economic growth, with new advantages in international competition, the overall level of industrial green development has been significantly improved.

From tungsten resources to products, JTCC is one of the fifth batches of green factories. It is planned that by 2020, the output value of our country's green manufacturing industry will reach 10 trillion yuan, strive to promote 10,000 green products, create thousands of green demonstration factories, and 100 green parks with strong demonstration significance. Hundreds of green supply chain demonstration enterprises have been cultivated in industries such as home appliances and textiles.
