In the light rare earth market, the overall delivery is limited. Although downstream users did not experience centralized purchases after the holiday, they basically purchase goods based on the demand. However, when some metal factories purchase oxides in a moderate amount, most of the holders still have strong rised mentality. The price of neodymium praseodymium oxide has risen slightly at RMB 324,000/ton.

The medium and heavy rare earth market has prices but not sales. Although market conditions such as new energy vehicles and 5G are performing well, it is still difficult to stimulate the desire for large-scale purchases of downstream rare earth separation plants, making it difficult for suppliers to change their quotations.

The Director of the Department of Comprehensive Statistics of the National Economy said that the GDP will be 7,22786 billion yuan from January to September 2020, an increase of 0.7% compared to the same period last year at comparable prices. In terms of quarters, January-March decreased by 6.8% year-on-year, April-June increased by 3.2%, and July-September increased by 4.9%. In terms of industry, the added value of the primary industry was 4,812.3 billion yuan, an increase of 2.3% over the same period last year, the added value of the secondary industry was 27.4267 trillion yuan, an increase of 0.9%, and the added value of the tertiary industry was 40397 trillion yuan, an increase of 0.4%. From a month-on-month perspective, the gross domestic product increased by 2.7% in the third quarter.
