The pen has a length of 15cm and a maximum outer diameter of 1.5cm. The material is 303 stainless steel, which is heavier than the tactical pen of aluminum alloy and other materials. The specific weight is 110g, but the impact resistance is greatly increased.

The whole is composed of several parts, such as attack head, refill, pen body, pen cap, rope cutter, battery, and LED lamp, the design is relatively compact as well. The outside of the pen body is made of different textures using CNC machining equipment, which not only optimizes the look and feel but also improves the stability of the grip.

The tungsten steel impact head embedded in its tip is also the highest attack head in the tactical pen of Xiaomi, which can break the window glass and facilitate an emergency escape. The part of the pen cap is designed with a rope cutter, which can cut off the seat belt and escape in time. At the same time, it provides LED and another emergency lighting.
