Opening this week, Chinese tungsten price continues its weak adjustment on quiet trading activity and insiders’ pessimistic attitude toward market outlook. The guide prices from large tungsten enterprises were released last Friday, which decline significantly compared with last time. The fall also weakens market confidence and drugs down transaction prices.

Wolframite concentrate (≥65%) was quoted at $16,153.8 per tonne, lowering by $615.4 per tonne compared with earlier July; scheelite concentrate (≥65%) was quoted at $15,923 per tonne, down $615.4 per tonne; APT was quoted at $295.5 per mtu, falling by 8.7 per mtu, according to Zhangyuan Tungsten.
