So what do they do? Of course, they are not for eating. They are said to buy cooking oil to extract biodiesel.
It is not easy to master the trench oil into biodiesel technology, and it is not easy to convert the gutter oil into the aircraft's bio kerosene. It is said that only 4 countries have this technology in the world, the other three countries are the United States, France and Finland, and the central countries are the fourth own independent biological aviation coal. In order to convert catering waste oil or other industrial blends into aviation kerosene, a fat conversion process is required to generate renewable energy instead of petrochemical diesel. In the process of ester conversion, the most important part is the selection of catalysts. The original intention was gradually eliminated and replaced by a new environmentally friendly and efficient tungsten heteropoly acid catalyst.
Heteropoly acid is a kind of nanostructured inorganic cluster, which has Keggin structure. Because of its structure stability and both acidity and oxidation-reduction, it can be used to design different functional catalysts. Its superior catalytic performance is mainly reflected in the fields of petrochemical industry, sewage treatment and light industry. At present, tungstic heteropoly acid and tungstic heteropoly acid are the most widely used tungsten heteropoly acid catalysts.
In the petrochemical field, heteropoly tungstic acid can replace the traditional catalyst, its catalytic activity is 100-1000 times of the inorganic acid, can be catalyzed under very mild conditions, and it is not easy to take side reaction. Heteropoly acid has higher catalytic activity than molybdenum heteropoly acid, because the acidity of Heteropoly tungstic acid is stronger. The reaction of Heteropoly tungstic acid as an acid catalyst can be catalyzed by esterification and vinegar exchange, nitrification, hydrocarbon hydration, dealkylation, epoxide etherification, and almost most of the petrochemical industry. The chemical products that need the catalyst can be catalyzed by tungstic acid, and are innocuous, harmless, clean and environmentally friendly, so it is not surprising to use it to convert the gutter oil.
At present, China's independent research and development of biological aeronautical coal represents the highest level of international biomass fuel research and development. Bio aviation kerosene is low carbon environmental protection and greatly reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
