Dear all friends and partners,
Wish your colleagues, your family and you are all well!
It seems that 2020 is a year full of difficulties and challenges under the influence of COVID-19 spreading globally. Fortunately, based on our enough pre-prepared protection equipments, including facial masks, ethyl alcohol etc., all CTOMS’ facilities and offices are running now and none of our employees is infected.
As is known the COVID-19 is under primary control in China, and the situation is getting better. Though our business is not affected by the overall situation, actions should be taken to prevent its further outbreak. Therefore, here are several notices in order to protect all of us and ensure our stable cooperation:
1. Any inquiring/purchase should be better to be considered earlier than usual for CTOMS cannot predict the uncertainty in and out of China.
2. Unless otherwise re-scheduled and permitted, all scheduled visiting, meetings at our facilities, offices and exhibitions are cancelled and no onsite visiting and face-to-face meetings are scheduled before April 30, 2020*.
3. Unless otherwise re-scheduled and permitted, any business trip of CTOMS’ employees both domestic and aboard is forbidden before April 30, 2020*.
4. All types of online working, meeting, communicating are preferred during COVID-19.
5. Information is better to be shared if there’s any policy issued or changed regarding export and import, such as temporary shutdown, delivery forbidden and any others besides the COVID-19.
*The date will be re-settled according to the COVID-19 situation and the announcement of WHO and the Governments timely.
We will try our best to provide it to you if you may need any of our prevention experiences or paper material.

The first Soryu-class diesel-electric attack submarine (SSK) SS-511 "Phoenix Dragon" equipped with Li-ion batteries has been commissioned by the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) in a ceremony held at the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) facility in Kobe, in Hyogo Prefecture in west-central Japan on March 5. It is also the world's first conventional sub to replace traditional lead-acid batteries with a lithium battery.
