A Preparation Method of Tungsten Trioxide

Step One: Prepare the 45% sodium tungstate aqueous solution, adjust the pH of the solution to 4.9 with hydrochloric acid, hydrothermally reacted in a high pressure reaction kettle for 12 hours, filtering, concentrating and crystallizing the obtained precipitate to obtain seed crystal.

Step Two: Add the seed crystal to the 45% sodium tungstate solution to obtain a mixture of the sodium tungstate solution and the seed crystal, and the mass ratio of the seed crystal to the sodium tungstate in the solution is 1: 4.5.

Step Three: The above mixture is placed in a stainless steel high-pressure reaction kettle, and is hydrothermal reacted under intense stirring conditions at 200 °C for 12 hours. After that, stop stirring. And the reaction product slurry is obtained after cooling to room temperature.

Step Four: The reaction product slurry is filtered and washed to obtain a filter cake and a mother liquor, and the filter cake is baked at 350 °C to obtain tungsten trioxide.
