A Method for Preparing Cesium Tungsten Bronze

Step One: Prepare the reaction precursor solution of cesium tungsten bronze. Take 20ml of 0.5mol/L tungstic acid solution, put it into a beaker, add 12.6g of citric acid in stirring, stir evenly, slowly add 5ml of 0.3mol/L cesium carbonate solution, and then add 30ml of absolute ethanol. Stirring was continued for 1 h to obtain the reaction precursor solution. The concentration of tungstic acid in the precursor is 0.18mol/L, the concentration of citric acid is 1.10mol/L, and the volume ratio of alcohol to water is 3:2.

Step Two: The reaction precursor solution prepared was transferred into an autoclave, and continuously reacted at 190 °C for 3 d.

Step Three: The precipitate was sequentially washed with water and alcohol for 3 times, and after centrifugation, it was dried in a sub-vacuum at 50 °C for 10 h to obtain the blue CsxWO3 powder.
