Good ductility: W-Ni-Fe tungsten heavy alloy has a good ductility, whose sintered state of the elongation can reach 10% to 15%, and by vacuum or atmosphere dehydrogenation treatment, the elongation can be increased to 20% 30%.
Good electrical properties: W-Ni-Cu, W-Ni-Fe tungsten heavy alloy has good electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, high voltage and other electrical properties.
Good thermal conductivity and low coefficient of linear expansion: Tungsten alloy’s thermal conductivity is 5 times of mold steel’s, and its coefficient of linear expansion is only 1/2 to 1/3 of iron or steel.
Good corrosion and oxidation resistance.
