How to play darts? Of course, first of all, you have to prepare the darts equipments: Tungsten darts and dartboards. Currently, there’re many kinds of darts and dartboards. The essentials of basic technical actions of holding darts: Put a dart on the palm along, find the center of gravity, rolling the dart to four fingers tip with the thumb, and then put your thumb a little behind the center of gravity, with fingers holding it. It needs to keep the dart tip upward slightly, the dart must be held stable, but not too tight. It also needs at least three fingers to grip dart. More fingers would be better to control but would be more difficult to release. The fingers which do not hold the dart need to stretch, or remain the same position with other fingers. Clench fist will make the other fingers too nervous, and will make it more difficult to release, and easier to loiter to the dart that flies out, which affects the accuracy. If you are using a tungsten alloy dart, you will find that it is smaller than the dart of other materials, with good texture, heavy weight, and better feel. More important is that it’s durable, and has better flight stability when practice. It is a special dart for competition at present.

 

The essentials of basic technical actions of standing posture: you should stand behind the dart line, and the front foot and the dart line stand at a suitable angle, mainly in their own comfortable. The body pitches forward slightly, sideways, with the foot of the same side of the dart is used as the supporting point, and the other foot stretches back naturally to keep balance,  darts hand side of the shoulder darting across the plate, shoulders back, hip movement upwards, and the upper arm parallel to the shoulder, forearm lift naturally. The body needs to keep balance when playing darts.
