3. High Pressure Discharge Tube

Discharge tube is a kind of device for preventing from high voltage in input. If the voltage of two ends is high than the limit, there will be internal short circuit and absorb the input high voltage. Combine the high density and high melt point of tungsten with the good plasticity and excellent conductivity of Cu, tungsten copper electrode uses fine tungsten powder and Cu powder and through high temperature sintering and isostatic pressing.

In addition, for tungsten carbide steel, high carbon steel, hardened tool steel using common copper electrode, which has high wastage, low precision, low speed of machining and other shortcomings, the use of tungsten steel high conductivity, high melting point, small thermal expansion, it can remarkably improve the speed and accuracy of machining.
