Tungsten Carbide Rod Usage

Tungsten carbide rod usage mainly includes drill, end mill and drift. It can also be applied in cutting, stamping and measuring machines. It is widely used in papermaking, packing, printing and non ferrous metal processing. It is also used for processing high speed steel tool, carbide milling tool, carbide cutting tool, carbide drills, electronic cutting tool, step drill, metal cutting saw, the barrel of guns, carbide rotary burrs, etc.

YG6, YG8, YG6X is more wear resistant than MK6. It can be applied in iron wood, processing aluminum alloy sections, brass rod and iron. YG10 is wear resistant and knock resistant which can be applied in processing iron wood, soft wood, black metal and non- ferrous metal.

Tungsten carbide rod can not only be used for drilling and cutting machines, but also component of roll wear and construction material. It can be widely used in many areas such as machinery, chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, electron and defense industry.
