Tungsten carbide nozzle can be classified as several types like fan-type nozzle, cone nozzle, solid stream nozzle, and so on, among which, cone nozzle can be again subdivided into solid cone nozzle and hollow cone nozzle.

Tungsten carbide solid cone nozzle has compact structure, good atomization effect and excellent technical performance, and can produce solid cone spray shape with angles of 30~120°. It can produce uniform distribution of spray with medium to large size spray drops, which owes to the unique blade design. The large unobstructed flow channel and advanced jet control character contribute to achieving amazing effect in the jet application field requiring coverage of a whole area.

Tungsten carbide hollow cone nozzle can produce hollow cone spray shape with angles of 51~114°. It can produce uniform distribution of spray with small to medium size spray drops under a wide range of flow rate and pressure.

In addition to regular tungsten carbide cone nozzle, there are also square standard angle nozzle,straight line hollow cone nozzle and other types of nozzles, and they can even subdivided into standard angle and wide angle. Choices of nozzles should be based on different applications.
