Tungsten Carbide Adjustable Boring Tool for Rapid Adjustment

Many adjustable tungsten carbide boring tool is a fine tooth by turning the screw to adjust the boring tool machining diameter. Since the fine tooth pitch of the screw is small, when a larger size adjustment, the operator is required to rotate a plurality of turns of the screw, adjust only the low speed, and the gap is due to the presence of the thread, the readings are often inconsistent with the rotation of the screw shank actual moving amount, require multiple test cut, in order to get the correct calibration processing results.

In order to achieve tungsten carbide boring tool’s rapid adjustment, we design and manufacture of a new agency with a quick adjustment adjustable boring tool, and achieved good practical results. Arbor received clearance fit symmetrically mounted in the town of blade slots, each adjusting screw at one end and connected with arbor holes within sixty other end positioned within the regulator and with scale. Adjustable hole in the processing, first by 1/2 to adjust the diameter difference between two good regulator.
