The advantages of tungsten wire for glass heating are mainly reflected in the following aspects:
First, tungsten wire has an extremely high melting point of about 3422℃, which is one of the metals with the highest melting point in nature. This enables tungsten wire to work stably in the high temperature environment required for glass processing (usually over 1000℃), and it is not easy to melt or deform, ensuring the reliability and safety of the heating process.

This makes tungsten wire perform well in processes such as glass melting, wire drawing or molding, reducing maintenance and replacement frequency and reducing production costs.
Finally, tungsten wire has good processing performance and can be made into filaments or complex shapes to meet the needs of different heating equipment. Its high conductivity and durability also make it economical and practical in industrial-scale glass production.
