II. Mechanical Properties of the Rotary Furnace

1. Screw feeder is applied for automatic feeding, and the frequency converter is used to adjust the feeding speed.

2. Dual valve is used for automatic discharging.

3. Graphite sealing ring is used for sealing, which is reliable.

4. Frequency converter is used to adjust the speed of furnace tube rotation. And the rotary furnace is equipped with manual turning device.

5. Except for furnace tube, 1Cr18Ni9Ti (321) is used for all parts contacting with materials.

6. Free falling rapper is used on anti-sticking wall.

7. As for the dust collection system, gas can be separated from powder reliably and the tightness must be good.

III. Electrical Properties of the Rotary Furnace

1. The 1200x600x2000mm electric cabinet is used as control cabinet, which is equipped with light, socket, ventilator, three-phase four-wire watt-hour meter and other parts.

2. The material of resistance wire is Cr20Ni80.

3. The SR93 temperature regulator is used for temperature control.

4. All actions (feeding, discharging, alarm, etc.) are fully automatic controlled by Mitsubishi FX2-64MR, and automatic discharging is realized by alternately opening and closing the furnace door at the furnace tail every 20-30 minutes.

5. The rotary furnace is equipped with speed detection device. When the speed of furnace tube is lower than a certain set value, there is an alarm signal.
