Tungsten Disulfide Applied in Reflow Furnace Lubrication

Tungsten disulfide with excellent lubrication performance is a kind of green solid lubricating material. It can be used as a high-temperature lubricant for reflow furnace lubrication, keeping the relevant parts work stably under high temperature.

Tungsten disulfide is a solid substance without flash point (a safety index for storage, transportation and use of flammable liquid). So there are few potential fire hazards during the use of this kind of material. In addition, Tungsten disulfide is non-toxic. When applied in the lubrication of reflow furnace, it will do no harm to the health of human beings and the environment.

4. Small coating thickness

Tungsten disulfide coating is only 0.5μm. So when applied on the surface of the parts, it will be tightly adhered to the metal surfaces without any change to the parts’ appearance.
