Tungsten Wire for Electronic Air Purifier

The purification assembly of the electronic air purifier consists of a generating pole and a collection pole, which is made up of plastic parts and tungsten wire, the two ends of the tungsten wire are attached to the plastic parts. Therefore, the plastic parts need to be reserved for the holes and gaps to allow the tungsten wire to pass through, the gap of the wire of the tungsten wire of the same kind air purifier is larger. The dust enters the plastic parts through gaps between holes.

After the long-term operation of the product, the dust in the plastic section is serious. After the tungsten wire is electrified, it is easy to discharge to the dust, producing ozone, which causes the purification efficiency of the air purifier to be reduced and the pollution is caused.

In view of this, a tungsten wire component and air purifier for air purifier are provided to seal the hole position of the tungsten wire assembly, effectively prevent dust from entering the tungsten wire assembly, thereby reducing the phenomenon of discharge in the tungsten wire assembly due to excessive dust, and ensuring the efficiency of air purification and reducing the amount of ozone.

The tungsten filament assembly of the air purifier includes tungsten wire bracket, cover plate, tungsten wire and sealing element. The tungsten wire bracket has a tungsten wire fixed end, the cover plate cover is set at the fixed end of tungsten wire. One end of the tungsten wire is set on the fixed end of tungsten wire and covered by the cover plate. The seal can be dismantled between the fixed end of tungsten wire and the cover plate.

First, the first seal ring is directly set on the protruding platform, so that the first seal ring is installed in the groove reserved in the tungsten wire assembly, and then the tungsten wire is assembled to the tungsten wire fixed end of the tungsten wire support. After the tungsten wire is assembled, the second seal is enclosed on the protruding platform, and the second seal rings the first seal ring. The tungsten wire should be embedded in the reserved groove between the first seal ring and the second seal ring. Finally, the upper cover plate should be installed to complete the tungsten wire group.

The technology makes the hole position of the tungsten wire assembly sealed, effectively preventing dust from entering the tungsten wire assembly, thus reducing the phenomenon of discharge in the tungsten wire assembly, which is caused by too much dust, and ensuring the efficiency of air purification and reducing the amount of ozone.
