Extremely Low Grade Tungsten Ore Recovery Process

The existing literature on recovering tungsten from tungsten tailings has reported that the content of WO3 in tailings is more than 0.2%, which is relatively high tungsten containing tungsten tailings, and the tungsten minerals are selected by wet leaching and flotation, which not only needs grinding, adding medicaments, high cost, but also causing environmental pollution; and using magnetism. The method of recovery of wolframite requires energy consumption and relatively high cost.

In order to solve the above problems, some scholars have proposed a process for recovering tungsten from extremely low grade tungsten ore or tungsten tailing. Its characteristics include buffer pool grading, roughing slots coarse selection, rocking bed coarse selection, chute chute selection, and rocking bed cleaning process. 2 buffer pools, 10~15 chute chute grooves, 2~4 spiral chutes, and 1 rocking bed 1 are selected. 0~15, the mass percentage of WO3 in the very low grade tungsten bearing tailings was 0.04 to 0.08%. The concrete steps are as follows:

The tailings are selected to the rouge chute and the tailings are selected as the final tailings.

(3)The tungsten tailings with grain size less than 0.15mm flow from the upper pipe of the buffer pool into the roughing chute chute process. The tailings of the channie chute slots are the final tailings, and the coarse selected concentrate of the channie chute enters the buffer pool two. The technological combination can achieve the effective recovery of tungsten in extremely low grade tungsten bearing tailings, without grinding, low energy consumption, no environmental pollution caused by drugs, simple technology and easy to realize, and can maximize the comprehensive utilization of tungsten resources.
