High Proportion Tungsten Alloy for Balancing Aircraft

The balance of aircraft load is the key link to ensure flight safety. The balance block is set in a square, rectangular or circular structure. (4) Sintering firstly, the obtained blank is put into the high temperature muffle furnace, and the hydrogen is transferred into the muffle furnace as a protective gas in the sintering process. The sintering temperature is controlled at 900-1650°C.

(5) The sintered balance block blank was reshaped by plastic mold to remove burrs.

(6) Turning, punching and leveling the semi-finished products of the balance block, improving the surface roughness of the products.

(7) Paste and wrap, glue the velcro on the bottom of the balance block, and finally wrap it.

The high weight tungsten alloy material is used to make the weight balancing block of the aircraft, with large density and small volume. According to the weight of the balance block, we can choose to use the fast connection structure, or use the bolt connection, not only the aircraft, but also the ship, the car and so on to the high proportion tungsten alloy.
