The processing technology of the traditional tungsten ore is ore crushing and grinding. The wolframite concentrate is obtained through the shaking table and strong magnetic field. The scheelite concentrate is obtained by flotation and Petrov method. When the traditional method is used to deal with tungsten ore with more than 30% carbonate content, the ideal index can not be obtained many times, and the ratio of useful metals remaining in the tungsten tailings is still large.
Some scholars have proposed the process of recovering wolframite and scheelite from tungsten tailing. This process can reduce the number of wolframite and the high energy consumption of Petrov Fa's ore sample, save energy, it is suitable for comprehensive recovery and utilization of tailings, while ensuring the grade and recovery of wolframite concentrate.
The raw ore is the reselected tailings of the wolframite. Due to the low grade of tungsten in the ore and the dissociation of some of the monomers, the initial enrichment and throwing tail of the ore are first directly via the rocking bed to reduce the amount of treatment.
After grinding, the concentrate was obtained by two times magnetic separation with one coarse, one fine and 65.69% qualified wolframite concentrate. The magnetic separation tailings entered the twice shaking table disposal system.
The two rocking bed finishing is the key part of the new technology. Through the rocking bed, 6 products are obtained. It is found that the product 1 and the product 6 have a high grade, the 2-5 grade of the product is low, the recovery rate is less than 15%. The product 1 and the product 6 are combined as the rocking bed products, and the product 2-5 is abandoned as 3 of the tail mine.
The products of the two cradle can be obtained after two times of desulphurization, with a grade of 30.31% and a recovery rate of 90.09% (relative to the two shaking table products) of scheelite flotation concentrate.
Scheelite flotation concentrate is further refined to obtain grade 64.91% qualified scheelite concentrate by Petrov method.
The effect of the new process flow is: reducing the amount of ore treated by the subsequent process, improving the efficiency of the equipment treatment, reducing the investment, saving the energy consumption, and increasing the benefit as little as possible by the minimum cost.
