Simple Recovery of Wolframite and Scheelite in Tungsten Slender Mud

The beneficiation method of wolframite in the recovery of tungsten slender mud includes the following steps: preconcentration of tungsten fine mud, coarse slime concentrate, and then flotation recovery of sulfide ore; floating sulphur tailings are added to the mixture of wolframite and scheelite tungsten coarse concentrate, and black and white coarse concentrate in lime, sodium carbonate and pure water glass. Scheelite Concentrate was obtained by flotation separation of sodium sulfide and oxidized paraffin soap 731, and wolframite concentrate was obtained by flotation tailings.

Taking the small test of the laboratory as an example, for the coarse concentrate containing WO31.21%, using zh-2 as a wolframite and scheelite tungsten flotation collector, the recovery rate of scheelite concentrate is WO374.04%, the recovery rate is 39.24%, the wolframite concentrate is WO334.93%, the recovery rate is 57.45%, the tungsten concentrite is WO344.46%, and the recovery rate is 96.69%.

The above method can effectively solve the problem of low recovery rate of wolframite in tungsten slender mud and difficult clarification of the turbidity of tailings. The recovery rate of tungsten in tungsten fine slime is improved. It is suitable for the comprehensive recovery of wolframite and scheelite in tungsten fine slime. The size of the fine slime is less than 0.1mm, and it is also suitable for the recovery of wolframite and scheelite in the symbiotic mineral resources.
