Tungsten Oxide/Diamond Composites

Due to the excellent properties of diamond, tungsten oxide can be deposited on a p-type diamond substrate. A pn-type heterojunction can be obtained, and its electrical properties and photocatalytic properties are thoroughly studied. This direction has important value and significance and has become a research hotspot in the world.

Although tungsten oxide and boron doped diamond are two materials with great potential for application, their composite structures have not been reported. Therefore, the work on the optoelectronic properties and application of this composite structure has important foundational and applied research significance. Due to the excellent characteristics and application prospects of diamond and tungsten oxide, the research on its application has important scientific value.

In recent years, there have been great advances in the research of discoloration enhancement and high-performance diamond electrodes for tungsten oxide-based materials, but there are still some scientific issues that need to be solved, new directions for research are being developed, new structures are designed, and new properties are discovered. The composite structure of tungsten oxide and other metal oxides, graphene, etc. has caused extensive research and attention, but the composite structure of tungsten oxide and diamond has not been reported. Tungsten oxide and diamond are good high-temperature materials, so it is of great value to prepare tungsten oxide/diamond heterojunction composite structure and study its electrical properties. Related research will provide the basis for the preparation of new heterojunction devices, and it will be possible to broaden the application of diamond and tungsten oxide.
