In order to improve the shortcomings of the traditional methods, the industry began to use frequency furnace sintering method, some scholars put forward the method of sintered tungsten bars IF furnace, can effectively solve the non-uniform density distribution, low intensity and low production efficiency problems. The specific process steps are as follows:

(1)The raw rare earth tungsten powder is put into the rubber sleeve, and the tungsten strip is pressed into the tungsten strip by the cold static press and the pressure 200MPa is pressed. The pressure holding time is 90 to 120 seconds.

(2)The medium frequency furnace is protected by the tungsten heater.

(4)Intermediate frequency sintering, room temperature to 1500 degrees Celsius temperature in 3h ~ 4h at 1500 ℃ insulation 2h; 1500 to 1800 ℃ temperature in 2h at 1800 ℃ insulation 2h; 1800 to 2000 ℃ temperature in 2h at 2000 ℃, insulation 2h; 2000 to 2100 ℃ temperature in 1h in 2100 ℃ insulation 2h; 2100 to 2320-2480 ℃ temperature in 1h at 2320-2480 ℃ between insulation 3h; During the period, the hydrogen flow rate is 2m3/h to 10m3/h, and the highest sintering temperature is adjusted between 2320 and 2480 degrees, depending on the grade and quantity of the billet. At the same time, the insulation platform can be appropriately increased or reduced. The hydrogen flow rate will be adjusted between 2m3/h and 10m3/h. After sintering, the circulating cooling water and hydrogen will be used to cool down 7h naturally, then the tungsten strip will be removed.
