Hazelwood Vietnam tungsten ironworks started the fourth production activities

Hazelwood Resources of Australia in its Asian tungsten plant in Vietnam (ATC) began the fourth production activities , now an annual supply of tungsten outside of China more than 10% iron .

Hazelwood said, " Vietnam ATC tungsten iron plant products are very popular in the market , and the smelting process increases the demand for tungsten , which makes the fourth production activities be expanded . "

Prior to this , Hazelwood has conducted three production activities , the production of 64 tons last April , July and August last year produced 133 tons , and in November last year to January this year, the production of 331 tons .

The company did not provide the expected number of 4th of production. However, the 2014 calendar year will produce 1,500 tons of tungsten iron, 2015 increased to 2,600 tons of annual production .

As of the end of December this half , ATC factory by British traders Wogen sold 510 tons of tungsten iron. Among them, 50% were sold to customers in Europe , 26% are exported to Japan , 10% of exports to Ukraine and Russia , 5% and 9% of exports in South America exports to the United States .

ATC factory purchasing tungsten from the local Vietnamese and North American suppliers Hazelwood also reached an agreement. However , Hazelwood Moore Jinshan will eventually supply tungsten deposit in Western Australia (Mt. Mulgine deposit) to the ATC factory , once the latter part of the deposit to start operations.

About 80 percent of the global supply of tungsten iron from China . In addition to China , ATC is the largest tungsten ironworks , with an annual capacity of 4,000 tons.
