U.S. and EU restrictions on Chinese exports of rare earths appeal WTO, the news is encouraging.Because 50% of the world's rare earth resources in China, said that not only did the pricing of rare earth resources, but also because domestic companies competing to export at cost, making China's rare earth resources in strategic dominance continued loss. Now, the state finally know to export restrictions to protect the country's strategic resources. Hopefully, China's export restrictions can be successful, in order to break the existing civil war lay outside expert law with Chinese characteristics.
